Henley Property has confirmed Christie Brothers Building as the anchor tenant for its upcoming Ridgelyne industrial development at Ballantyne Ridge in Wānaka.
The bespoke high-end home builder has secured one of the larger units within the seven-unit development, marking a significant milestone as the project progresses toward construction.
Christie Brothers are known for delivering premium residential builds across Central Otago, and their presence within Ridgelyne reflects the quality and positioning of the development.
Henley Property director Bruce Henley says securing an anchor tenant of this calibre is an important step.

Ridgelyne has been designed to appeal to construction, design and specialist trade businesses seeking high-quality industrial space. The development will feature a mix of large, medium and smaller units, combining high-stud warehouse areas with architecturally designed office spaces.
The project is currently progressing through the consenting process, with further leasing opportunities now available.
