Resource Consent Granted for Ridgelyne

Resource consent has now been granted for Ridgelyne, marking an important milestone for Henley Property’s latest industrial development in Wānaka.

Located within the established Ballantyne Ridge industrial precinct, Ridgelyne has been designed to provide high-quality industrial space for modern trade, construction, service and specialist businesses. The development will comprise seven architecturally designed units, combining practical warehouse environments with quality office accommodation and dedicated parking.

The granting of resource consent enables the project to move into its next phase, with construction scheduled to begin in early 2027.

Ridgelyne reflects Henley Property’s long-term approach to commercial property development. Every project is carefully considered to create environments that support business growth, deliver lasting value and contribute positively to the communities in which we invest.

Interest in the development has been encouraging, with Christie Brothers already confirmed as the anchor tenant. Leasing enquiries continue for the remaining units.

Further information, including unit layouts, availability and specifications, can be found on the Ridgelyne development page.
